OpenAI confirmed no patient records were accessed, with only aggregate health statistics and internal file names taken, but three other government sites may also be impacted.
PM Albanese said he was deeply disappointed OpenAI waited until September 10 to notify Australia, and investigations are ongoing into why government systems failed to detect the breach.
