A Tennessee judge granted Dolly Parton's estate a temporary restraining order against her nephew Bryan Seaver, weeks after the singer died from cancer.

The detail

Seaver, who ran Parton's security company and was chosen by her to announce her death, allegedly sent increasingly threatening messages and demanded payment from her estate.

And then

Seaver and his company must stay 305 metres away from estate employees and properties, with a court hearing scheduled for October 7.
