Earl Charles Spencer has said in a new book that he believes his late sister Princess Diana had undiagnosed ADHD, based on his own late-life diagnosis with the same condition.
Spencer's book Swan Song: Diana, My Sister describes how Diana would abruptly freeze out friends and family, which he now attributes to ADHD-related sensitivity to rejection.
He said Diana often went to bed by 9pm when alone at Kensington Palace because giving so much of herself in public left her completely exhausted.
