MAFS has confirmed trained psychotherapist Marryam Chehelnabi as the new relationship expert for Season 14, replacing the late Mel Schilling.

Nine confirmed at its annual Upfronts that Marryam Chehelnabi will join John Aiken and Alessandra Rampolla on the MAFS couch from Season 14.
Marryam is a PACFA Registered Clinical Psychotherapist with a Master of Science in Medicine from the University of Sydney, and has appeared on SBS Couples Therapy Australia.
Filming is already underway and the new season is expected to premiere in early 2027 on Channel 9 and 9Now.
