French President Macron says Russia's hybrid attacks on Europe have intensified and France will not be intimidated, ordering protection of critical infrastructure.
The French president says he has tasked the government with protecting critical infrastructure and defence industry sites.
Macron warned at a press conference that Russian hybrid attacks targeting France and Europe have intensified in recent weeks.
He pointed to last month's drone attack on Leipzig airport in Germany and Polish warnings of planned Russian drone and missile strikes on NATO's eastern flank.
France has tasked its government with protecting critical infrastructure and defence sites, and will call a G7 meeting to discuss energy security.
