The lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy mistrial says he had no doubt she deliberately killed her three children and planned it.
It is the first time the juror, who refused to side with the others and acquit Clancy, has spoken publicly about his decision.
Juror Michael Desronvil has spoken publicly for the first time about why he refused to acquit Lindsay Clancy of killing her three children.
The jury was split 11 to 1 in favour of finding Clancy not criminally responsible, with Desronvil the sole holdout after nearly 40 hours of deliberation.
A mistrial was declared on 4 September, meaning Clancy could potentially face a retrial after her lawyers argued she suffered postpartum psychosis.
