R&B singer Chris Brown was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court after admitting affray for attacking a former friend at a Mayfair private members club in February 2023.
CCTV showed Brown striking Abraham Diaw four times with a heavy square-shaped tequila bottle, connecting twice with his head, in an incident lasting about 20 seconds.
The judge warned that commercial success does not attract preferential treatment, and both Brown and his vocal coach were ordered to pay 1,500 pounds in costs.
