She is almost 21 weeks pregnant and discovered she was expecting naturally while on vacation, despite undergoing IVF for endometriosis and adenomyosis.

It is interesting that she is only announcing this now when she is already 21 weeks along and has been engaged since last December. Waiting until after the egg retrieval to see what happens naturally is a common turn of events for people with adenomyosis. Pushing the wedding back to May 2027 makes sense if she wants to avoid a newborn during the ceremony.
