Days of heavy rain caused widespread flooding across Bangkok and 25 other Thai provinces, killing at least eight people and displacing hundreds of thousands.
More than 545,000 people across the country were affected, around 3,000 remained in over 200 temporary shelters, and 31 roads in Bangkok were still flooded on Sunday.
Conditions were expected to improve by Monday, but canal levels remained high and some long-distance train and bus services were still suspended.
