
Prince Harry reveals he ‘slipped into depression’ after moving to Canada
Prince Harry has revealed he slipped into depression for about two weeks after moving to Canada in 2019, sharing the experience in a new MasterClass.
'It was myself, my wife and our son Archie, and we moved to Canada to get some space away from everything just to be able to think,' Prince Harry said.
Prince Harry has opened up about experiencing depression and an adrenaline crash shortly after moving to Canada with Meghan and Archie in late 2019.
Harry described feeling unable to function without stress-driven adrenaline, saying he slipped into depression for about two weeks after the move.
He shared the experience in a MasterClass on grief and resilience, also discussing the loss of his mother Princess Diana when he was 12.
