Hunter Foster fired at vehicle during a shoplifting call at a Walmart, killing one-year-old Kohen Wiley
Officer Hunter Foster resigned from the Senatobia police department after shooting and killing one-year-old Kohen Wiley in June during a Walmart shoplifting call.
Mississippi's attorney general ruled the shooting justified, but civil rights attorney Ben Crump is calling for a federal investigation and Foster's decertification.
Decertification would prevent Foster from working as a police officer anywhere else, and Kohen's family is pushing for federal authorities to take up the case.
