A Tennessee judge granted a temporary restraining order against Dolly Parton's nephew Bryan Seaver after her estate management organisation filed a complaint against him.

The detail

Court filings allege Seaver made threats of violence and threatened to damage Parton's legacy, and he has been ordered to stay 1,000 feet away from estate employees.

And then

Parton's sister Freida publicly denied any family feud, saying the family all love Bryan, with a further court hearing scheduled for 7 October.
