BBC Studios pulled Val Chmerkovskiy from Dancing With the Stars for one week after he posted a slap-joke aimed at judge Carrie Ann Inaba on TikTok.
The post referenced Will Smith slapping Chris Rock after Inaba criticised his wife Jenna Johnson for an illegal lift during the October 13 episode.
Chmerkovskiy apologised directly to Inaba and publicly, saying he hated that she was caught in the middle of his bad judgment.
