The Block is getting a Stan spinoff called The House Next Door, launching in 2027, where fan-favourite past contestants will renovate a neighbouring home at the same Jacksons Hill site.

Nine has announced The Block: The House Next Door, a spinoff streaming exclusively on Stan from 2027, featuring returning fan-favourite contestants.
Past contestants will renovate a sixth home just metres from the main Block cast at Jacksons Hill, competing room by room on the same weekly schedule.
No premiere date has been confirmed yet, but the show is expected to air alongside the main Block season, which typically runs around July and August.
