Shia LaBeouf was ‘always trash-talking’ Hilary Duff, co-star claims
Former Disney star Christy Carlson Romano says Shia LaBeouf constantly trash-talked Hilary Duff during their Even Stevens days over ratings rivalry.
Christy Carlson Romano said Shia LaBeouf had a one-sided beef with fellow Disney Channel star Hilary Duff.
Christy Carlson Romano revealed on a podcast that her Even Stevens co-star Shia LaBeouf regularly trash-talked Hilary Duff and her show Lizzie McGuire.
Romano said LaBeouf was driven by a rough upbringing and felt his livelihood depended on Even Stevens beating Lizzie McGuire in the ratings.
Romano, who is promoting her memoir, also revealed she was paid just half of LaBeouf's $12,000 per episode despite being his co-lead with equal screen time.
