Philippine police are forensically analysing digital images allegedly found at Thomas Markle Sr's former home in Cebu after his son reported discovering child sexual abuse material.
The Philippine interior minister told the Guardian all signs point to Markle Sr being a possible sex offender, with forensic results expected within a week.
Markle Sr has denied the accusations, calling them sick lies, while Meghan said she is deeply distressed and has broken off contact with her father.
