Former homicide cop Gary Jubelin has broken his silence over being the alleged victim in a police investigation where a tracking device was found on his car.
A tracking device was covertly placed on Gary Jubelin's car, discovered after NSW Police received a tip about a threat to his safety.
Two men, Paul Offer and David Whalan, were refused bail at Gosford Local Court and face charges of installing a tracking device without consent.
Detectives are also hunting a third person of interest and have released a description of a man seen near the car park on February 9.
