Mary the Tasmanian devil, who escaped a Gold Coast wildlife park and evaded sniffer dogs and drones for two weeks, has finally returned to her outdoor enclosure.
She sparked a frantic two week search after pulling off the kind of great escape usually reserved for the big screen.
Mary the Tasmanian devil has been reintroduced to her outdoor habitat at Gold Coast wildlife park Paradise Country, three months after being found in poor health.
Her two-week escape earlier this year left her with injuries including brain inflammation, requiring months of careful recovery away from the public.
The next step is reintroducing Mary to her enclosure mate Mavka, with the park saying subtle adjustments have been made to prevent another great escape.
